QUESTION: Can a women burry deadbody? Our area girl suffered alot bcz of mens like got raped at12, when decied to file complain, forcefully married with 30y old bcz his 1wife didn’t had son, then bros took her inheritance & got killed by husband through domestic violence during birth of 3daughter so she wrote her will that no men will touch & burry her body but molvis r saying its not allowed?wed?

ANSWER: This is not permissible and such a will is void and has no value! It is like if she write a will to be cremated!

QUESTION: The Hadith that says the one who gives ghusl to a dead body and doesn’t reveal any abnormality in it, will be forgiven 40 times. Does it refer to 40 major sins? If not, is there any amal (action) that erases major sins apart from sincere tawba? Any action we can do to erase major sins?

QUESTION: If there is a masjid and there is no grave inside the building of the masjid but there are multiple graves around it and the masjid and those graves are surrounded or are enclosed in a common fencing , is it permissible to pray there?

ANSWER: If the masjid and the graves are inside the same compound, it’s not permissible to pray there.

QUESTION: Eating food prepared by the family of deceased In our masjid the family of the dead serve food when someone dies, i don’t participate in their gatherings but when i go for salah they announce that “so and so died and here’s some food please have some” can i consume from it?

QUESTION: In these videos what do u mean by fence? is it the four walls of a masjid? or the border walls of the land where the masjid is situated? There’s a grave outside the four walls of my local masjid (to the south) but inside the border walls of the land. Can I pray there?

ANSWER: If the grave is being worshiped by some and the masjid was built over the ground belonging to the grave, you can’t pray there.

QUESTION: I was driving my grandfather and we were passing a graveyard. He said: “Stop here so I can recite Al-Fatiha to someone in the graveyard.” I knew that reciting Al-Fatiha is an innovation but I still stopped so he could visit the graveyard but I hoped he would also do something beneficial for the deceased like making a dua. Did I assist the sin?
