I went to tution in childhood. The teacher was Indian I’m not sure if she was muslim or not. My parents didn’t pay the fee so now they want to pay the fee but we don’t have any contact with them. Should we give the fee to any mosque?

ANSWER: If you have tried every mean to find her and still not able to locate her then in this case you can give that amount to any poor or needy Muslim while repenting to Allah and expressing sincere remorse as that was a major sin.

If I someone angers me I don’t talk bad about them in front of others.Instead I go someplace where no one else is around,then talk to myself and curse them using swear words distinctively to relieve my anger.Am I still sinful? Is it still considered as backbiting?

Sheikh finds it very difficult to sell my car which got accident recently. Every buyers enquire whether there is any replacement or accident . Speaking truth i cannot sell my car. Its been 7 months i am trying to sell it. I try my best not to lie and dodge questions but this creates doubts in minds of the buyers. What to do sheikh? I want to sell it without giving it to a dealer.

ANSWER: Is it permissible to interact and shake hands with disbelievers, idol worshippers and people of the book? Are they worse or people of innovation?

I wanted to ask about if someone bought something from someone and promised to give him the money back later, but then he couldn’t find the person at all. Is it permissible if he gives the same amount of money in Charity?

I’ve read that in islam there is no restriction of age for intercourse,puberty is enough, but where i live there’s this idea of people over 18 shouldn’t be with those under 18,and i’ve grown up with this,so now i’m struggling,for example if i see a female under 18 i may feel bad(because of people around)and stop looking at her even though she’s lawful to marry, is this Kufr?

ANSWER: This is not kufr! It’s sinful to look at non mahram women like this whether below or above 18 years of age as Allah has ordered you to lower your gaze!

Sheikh when i do wudu and rub my fingers through the beard, non muslims around me stare at me and i get uncomfortable because of that. So if i do it in a way that they don’t stare at me, is it shirk?

ANSWER: This is not shirk however, it may be a weakness of Islam. Be proud of your Islam and make wudu normally! Who cares who is watching or what they say? When they walk nude, do they care of what you think of them?

A friend of mine is currently in his friend circle where his friends are mostly involved in backbiting and using abusive language. He has thought of giving up on them, but as a Muslim and a friend, He has tried to change them, but they have responded negatively and have called him out for his own sins He wants to know whether he should leave the group or not?
