Why wiping neck is biddah but doing wudhu and taking water seperately for nose and mouth not biddah, though both come from weak hadith?

ANSWER: Wiping the neck is not authentic! Rinsing the mouth and nose is. However, doing it separately is not from the sunnah but it is not an innovation.

ANSWER: Say it outside the washroom before entering or after entering you can say it in your heart without moving your tongue or lips.

You said its not permissible to make wudu during menses, so can we recite the daily dhikr, recite the quran and make dua without wudu?

ANSWER: This is permissible. Ablution is not mandatory for making dhikr or duas.

Wudu after answering the call of nature: before urinating I say the dua. After finishing if I want to make wudu, do I have to leave the bathroom say ghafranka and say bismillah and enter again to do wudu? Or can I just continue making wudu in the bathroom after urinating.

ANSWER: No need to go out and come back in. Simply say bismillah in your heart and make wudu. Saying bismillah before making wudu is not mandatory though.

Is it allowed to apply nail mehandi stains that is made by burning sugar/ jaggery/tea leaves and the evaporated liquid is collected and applied? It won’t peel off it just colours the nails.so will wudu be valid?

ANSWER: No problem in this as it does not form a layer on the nails. However you must conceal this in front of non mahram men and while going out as this is a form of adornment.

Can we make wudhu in impure clothes and then change and pray salah?

ANSWER: No problem.

For many years I didn’t know I missed some parts in wudu. So that means all my salah were void and I know that if one doesn’t pray at all he becomes a kafir. During this time period I said “Wallah” so many times not realizing the importance of it and I broke the promises. Is there any kaffarah for this as I was technically a kafir during this period? Please help me

ANSWER: 1. Your prayers are valid if you missed on some parts of wudu unintentionally because Allah does not hold anyone accountable for things they did out of ignorance or forgetfulness.
