During ghusl while rinsing the mouth is it obligatory that water gets everywhere in the mouth up to the back of d mouth bcos I use to swallow some amount of water to ensure it reaches everywhere I also suffer from waswas while doing wudhu

ANSWER: One should not swallow the water as it is not part of the wudu. Simply swirling it minimum once is sufficient for your wudu to be valid and do not let shaytan play with your mind.

Is it true that if you wake up like 3 minutes before sunrise or 5 and it’s not enough time to do wudu then we do tayammum and pray?

ANSWER: No, this is absolutely wrong! There’s no prayer without wudu when the water is available.

Is there any authenticity of the belief that Wudu in Winter has extra rewards?

ANSWER: Yes, the more the hardship, the greater is the reward.

I hear a shiekh say that one should say Bismillah silently in the bathroom but for some reason, I still had doubts so before making wudu I would say the bismillah so I could slightly hear it and then I would say it silently the immediately begin wudu. Now I have no doubts but did this affect the validity of my wudu?

ANSWER: You should say the bismillah in your heart without moving your lips when in the bathroom that’s attached to the toilet. Even if you don’t say it, your wudu is still valid.

If a lady at home, makes fresh wudu in Fajar, then puts on normal fabric socks n she does not wash her feet with other prayers, due to winter. Some say it’s permissible if you are traveling but not in home situations, ppl say yes you can go without washing your feet for 24hrs max with socks on, normal fabric socks not necessarily leather socks in home or travelling both. What do you say please?

ANSWER: Wiping over socks for non travelers is permissible for 24 hour providing you put your socks on while being in a state of wudu.

Should we make the dua’a if we are in the bathroom/shower, or should we wait until after we leave the bathroom? I read on islamqa that Shaykh bin Baaz said it’s permissible to say Bismillah in the bathroom before doing ghusl/wudu. Does the same apply to the dua’a AFTER wudu?

ANSWER: It is permissible to say Bismillah in your heart, without moving your lips in the washroom. However, you should say the dua immediately, as soon as you step out of the toilet.

During winters we apply moisturizers such as petroleum jelly over the face and hands. Do I need to clean it thoroughly with soap & water before making wudhu or is my wudhu valid with those remaining applied?

ANSWER: You don’t have to wash it off with soap before doing wudu. You simply rub the water on those areas while doing wudu to let water reach the skin.

Is istinja necessary for upcoming salah as wadu broke by hadas Or air coming out from body or we have simply perform wadu

ANSWER: You must not do istinja for breaking wudu due to passing wind! Only renewal of wudu is needed.

After making wudu or ghusl, I say: “Ashhadu an laa ilaaha ill-Allaah wahdahu laa shareeka lah, wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan abduhu wa rasooluhu.” Sometimes I say this after I have dried myself completely with my towel. Other times I say it before I dry, and sometimes I say it while I am drying. Is all of this permissible, or must I say it at a specific time?

ANSWER: This is only to be recited after wudu and not after ghusal.

First may Allah bless you all . My Q is about Nail polish, if I use it on my nails and when I break my udhu she I remove them or not ??

ANSWER: Yes, you must remove the nail polish before making wudu as this paint will prevent the water from reaching the nails while making wudu.
