In our county most of the people recite the quran in arabic but don’t understand the arabic language, is it useful ?

ANSWER: One is rewarded for each letter he reads in Quran even he doesn’t understand the meaning, but it is more rewardable in case one understands it and acts upon it.

ANSWER: In english you can refer to tafseer Ass’idi, and if not possible, then tafseer Ibn Katheer.

Is it permissible to hold a gathering for reading Quran, where everyone only reads the Arabic of Quran, very fast, no one understands the meaning of it. And it’s the goal to complete all 30 sections of Quran? After this people sit and talk about random things, eat food. In addition they consider this action will bring good luck or it will bring blessing.

ANSWER: No problem in this as long as there’s no haram or innovation involved, like free mixing etc.

If a woman is menstruating,should she still make wuduu before sleeping..Also can she still read Al kahf on Fridays.

Is it necessary to be in wudhu to read quran also some say that we cannot rest our back while reading the quran, how correct is this. Please advice

ANSWER: No problem in resting your back, you can even recite while lying down.

ANSWER: It is best to burn them if they are written in Arabic text. You can also shred or bury in a clean ground.

my tahsin teacher use this kind of teaching method : he deliberately makes big or small mistakes in reciting al fatihah so then the student guess where’s the mistake. However, sometimes he uses the fatal mistakes like swapping ص into ش, and what i know is adding, omitting, subtituting a letter in the qur’an deliberately is kufr. How is that?.

ANSWER: This is totally prohibited and it is mocking the Quran. No Muslim would play with the Quran like this!

Sheikh if I am reciting Quran seated on my bed, putting on a short trouser that doesn’t cover beyond my knees and I happen to find a verse that requires me to prostrate, for example reciting Surat sajda before sleeping. Can I prostrate on my bed with my short trouser?
