ANSWER: The same way we understand how Allah favored prophet Mohammed salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam over all other prophets and messengers! This is only to Allah and He favors and prefers whatever He wills.

Can I recite Quran sitting on the floor while people are sitting on an elevated place like bed or chair?

ANSWER: No problem in this.

I completed memorising Quran 11 years ago but due to my job/career, I’m not been able to devote time to revise it on a daily basis. I think I forgot major part of what I initially memorised. I know this is a big sin to forget Quran but inspite of trying a lot, I’m unsuccessful in creating a daily revision habit, bound by circumstances. This sin is troubling my heart and mind every second.

I have more than one Quran and I recite from only one among those, will I be sinful for keeping a Mushaf idle? I have carefully kept it covered.

This post on insta said that you can catch a liar by seeing their pupils dilate. So when someone lies their pupils dilate. They also related this scientific finding to quran verse 40:19. Does quran say that pupils dilate when someone is lying or does the quran say you can catch a liar by looking at their eyes and their pupils will dilate?

ANSWER: This is baseless. What the Ayah is talking about is Allah knows what’s in our hearts as well even if we deceive others: “He knows that which deceives the eyes and what the breasts conceal.”

When I want to revise the Qur’an from memory, I usually get distracted and I read 6 page or 8 then forgot the page I was. I want to revise 1 juz per day. What I do is I put Qur’an on youtube and read at the same time. It helps me concentrate and not stop and I like it. Is it haraam bc I read an ayah that we should not talk when someone reads Qur’an?

Is reciting one juzz per day sunnah if yes should one juzz should be continous or we can read 10 pages from beginning and 10 from end??

ANSWER: It’s sunnah to recite at least one juz daily and you can divide it throughout the day.

I live in Saudi Arabia but was never taught Arabic. I know to read Quran but can’t understand meaning unless I read from book that has eng translation. I have interest in learning, Is it okay for me to learn other language too like Korean other than Arabic? I had once read a Hadith but I don’t know if it’s legit that’s why I need to confirm from you, written-Do not learn the language of Non Arabs

ANSWER: No problem. However, it goes without saying that learning Arabic would be a priority for any muslim and highly recommended and you would be rewarded for it.
