ANSWER: If you don’t recite fateha in the first two rakahs of loud prayers behind the imam, there’s no problem in this.  However, if it’s a silent rakah or silent prayer then you must recite the fateha on your own.

ANSWER: This is the way the prophet salla allahu alaihi wa sallam had prayed them. If one prays them loudly, this is permissible but against the sunnah.

ANSWER: His children and grandchildren must keep reminding him with wisdom, good manners and knowledge. However, if his memory has totally deteriorated and he is classified as insane and cannot differentiate between day and night then he’s not accountable and it doesn’t matter if he does not pray.

ANSWER: Spitting in the direction of the qibla while in prayer is a serious offense and insulting to Allah. The prophet salla allahu aliahi wa Sallam ordered that we do not allow such a person for leading the prayers.  However, if you were ignorant of the ruling and repented, Allah is most forgiving.
