I have set my alarm on fajr time. sometimes when it rings, I feel lazy to wake up and then I tell myself that I will wake 5 minutes after, sometimes I just stop the alarm and continue my sleep. Am I sinful for that?

My question is, I leave for office by 10:30am and there’s no scope of offering namaaz in the office by the time I come back it’s very late. And I try to offer my namaaz as soon as I’m home but at times I’m just so tired that I only offer the esha prayer and sleep. So can I offer the zuhr prayer before leaving for office that way I don’t delay it or miss it.
