ANSWER: You must say SamiAllah huliman hamidah while rising up from ruku and not Allahu Akbar. Your prayer is valid due to your ignorance. However, if you continue to do this deliberately, your prayer is invalid.

QUESTION: Till 7 years my husband gave the zakath as i don’t work and he himself opted to do so . Also once when he was unable to pay it i sold some jewelry and paid the zakath. Now last year i gave most of my jewelry back to my parents saying i don’t need it and i want to return it back . When he learned about this he said either give me the zakath amount of all those years or the gold .

ANSWER: He has no right in asking for such a thing as he paid it as a gift and not as a loan. The prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said: the one who goes back on his gift is like a dog that vomits and then eats back its own vomit!

QUESTION: Sometimes i pray my salah by sitting even though I don’t have any valid reason. Am i sinful shiekh? Is my salah valid sheikh?

ANSWER: If this is voluntary prayers, this is valid and you will get only half of the rewards. But if this is fard prayers, your prayer is invalid as it is a pillar of the validity of prayers that you stand up when able to do so.

QUESTION: The dua ” allahumma rabba jibreel wa mikail wa israfil” and some other duas that you mentioned in your video to open the night prayer with, should we say this duas between takbeer and surah fatiha? Or before takbeer? This is the 13 no video of your fortress of Muslim playlist. Also “inni wajjahtu” this dua to say after takbeer? Can we say multiple duas in ruku or we can Only say one dua 3 times?

QUESTION: My parents wanted to know how should we dispose off the bones after eating the udhiyah meat, as they know a few people who said that these bones must be buried so that dogs do not lick it Or humans do not step over it. How far is this true? I think it should be disposed off normally in the bin. Please advice sheikh

ANSWER: This is totally baseless and fabricated! Simply throw them in the bin like you do with other meat.

QUESTION: Sheikh, I know the Prophet alaihis salatu wassalam used to start eating on the day of eid ul adha with cooked liver of the slaughtered animal. If I want to follow this sunnah, then I’ll have to wait till 3pm based on my situation. If I only drink water or have tea/coffee till that time, will it be permissible? Please advise.

QUESTION: My brother is currently working in a 35-40 hour per week job but the duration of this job is 3 months. He earns 550 USD weekly. He started this job sometime in May. So, Shiekh is Qurbani valid on him this year?
