QUESTION: If I forget the takbir while going to sujood, and while saying tasbih I remember, can I say the takbir and then say tasbih again? Or I have to perform sujood as sahu?

ANSWER: You can’t say the takbeer as the place for saying it is gone. You must compensate that with prostration of forgetfulness.

ANSWER: This is not authentic. However, missing the mandatory prayers without a valid reason is a major sin & abandoning prayers altogether would make a person kafir!

ANSWER: The sunnah is to say the adkhar right after the fard salah but its not mandatory. We can also say the adkhar while walking out of the masjid and it’s sunnah to pray the sunnah prayers at home.

QUESTION: I heard that it’s the sunnah to pray the 12 sunnah rakat at home. When i go out and it’s time for prayer i pray the fard and then when i get home, i pray the sunnah even if it’s time has passed. is this permissible?
