Im really confuse of the sunnah prayer for zuhr, 4 rakaat before zuhr? 2 unit x 2? Or 4 rakaat 1 salaah? And can i pray the sunnah (4 before zuhr) at the time when the adhan is done? Thank you shaykh

You pray them as 2 sunnah + 2 sunnah then 4 fard and then 2 Sunnah afterwards. It is permissible to pray the sunnah as soon as you hear the athaan for dhur.

I heard a Hadith in which it was said that Witr should be the last Prayer of the day. If it is so, should we stop praying 2 Units of Nafal at the end of Isha?

It is recommended to make witr the last thing to pray but it is permissible to pray after it.

I went to the masjid near our house to pray for dhuhr, when a get in the masjid,the azan is already done, and i want to pray sunnat. will i still pray the 2 rakaah sunnat that is required before sitting down or i will not and pray the 4 rakaat instead?

You must not sit until you offer the 2 rakat for tahiyatul masjid. If you pray two Rakah sunnah, this suffices as tahiyatul masjid becomes embedded in it.

I want to ask that suppose if I missed one rakah of zuhr prayer in congregation then should i do rafayadain after second rakah of mine or second rakah of imam?

You should do it when you stand up from tashahud to the third Rakah of Imam.

Sheikh my dad is old and blind and now has short memory so when doing wudu for salah can he just do tayamum on the wall because he does not remember where to wash when i have to remind him. And he makes mistakes in salah due to memory please give me answers on these issue.

He must perform wudhu. If he is senile and doesn’t know people, doesn’t know Day from night and doesn’t know ruku from sujood, prayer is not obligatory upon him.

I took loan from my father in 2015, half paid half remaining, does my father need to pay Zakat on amount which he will receive back from me.

Muslims who goes to khabar and ask for provisions or help (in India it’s called Dargah) instead Allah. Can we give zakath to them? Aren’t those muslims are called mushriks? Is zakath permissible on them?

I have a questiom regarding zakat. I have heard that zakat can only be given to muslims and that you should not five zakaat to non muslims. Also, that zakat cannot be given to charitable organisations. Is this true?

It has to be given to trustworthy Islamic relief organizations that know how to distribute zakat money.

If a person is having a saving amount e.g “A” which reached to nisaab and had passed 1 year on it, means Zakaah becomes compulsory on it. And that person is having a loan (.e.g. “B” amount)on him which he is paying monthly to Islamic Bank. So how the Zakaah is calculated. Also if loan minus saving (i.e. B-A) exceeds the saving amount then what about Zakaah on it ? Please clarify

The loan does not affect the wealth he has in his hand. If he wants to be fair, he should pay off the loan from his savings before zakat is due.
