shall spending money to donate an alluminium dead body carrier in a local mosque be considered as giving zakat (believing it as giving to fi sabilillah,a category of zakat fund)?

My friend returned from Saudi Arabia and he says that it is very common in Riadh that Policemen join congregation prayers with their shoes in masjid. Why they do so. Please tell me. I am really confused.

As a traveler i wanted to join my megrib and isha so i prayed megrib i rested for about 30 min and got up to pray isha but an elderly man told me i have to either do my isha right immediately after i had prayed megrib or i have to wait till isha azan. What is your opinion

He is right!

Is it prohibited to make a row in between the piller(sitoon) of the masjid in congregration prayer as its mentioned in Ibn Majah from Anas Bin Malik that he said: “We were prohibited from performing prayers between pillars in the period of the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) and we used to be driven away from staying between pillars.”

Is the effect of dua during fard salah more powerful than dua in sunnah salah. In our areas imam finishes sujood and tashahhud quickly. What to do??

Sometimes in silent congregational prayer, I recite Surah Fatiha and then add another surah after it(first 2 rakaats) but there is still time for rukoo as the imaam has not completed his recitation. In this case can I start to recite sura fatiha again? and if I do so, do I have to complete it before rukoo? can I recite Surah fatihah twice in 3rd/4th rakaat if I have time?

No, you should recite other surah but not the Fatiha.

Sheikh, What should you do if you are in sujood and during the sujood your realize that you are unsure if it is your first or second sujood? Should you assume it was the first sujood and make a second one, and then make sujood as-Sahw at the end? Or should you do the opposite and assume it was the second sujood and do Sujood as-Sahw at the end?

Assume it to be your first sujood and offer sujood assahu before Salam.

If I have wodhu and eat something before salah. Before I start salah I wash my mouth so that no food left in my mouth while praying. But still sometimes some little bit comes out from teeth while reciting in salah. Is my salah going to be valid?

Yes your salah is valid providing you don’t swallow in salah what comes from within the teeth.

I mistakenly stood up after imam said salam in the maghrib prayer. I had prayed all rakah with imam but mistakenly stood up thinking that i had missed. When I stood up I realized about my mistake. So I prayed whole rakah and did sajda sahooh in the end.(after salam i did 2 sujood and the salam again).Is my salah valid?

No! Because you deliberately added a fourth Rakah.

My maid and worker gets bonus on 2 Eid from me. My question is …. can I give this bonus amount as zakat ? Thanks in advance ..

If this bonus is mentioned in the contract, this is not permissible. It is also not permissible to give them zakat unless they are poor or needy!
