ANSWER: You don’t say the salutation during the athan but once it is over, you offer it and say the prescribed Duaa. Neither the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa Sallam nor his companions used to offer salutation while hearing the name of the prophet in the athan.

ANSWER: No, this is not permissible.  When the imam is reciting the fateha, you must listen only and if you get a chance then you can recite it after he finishes but even if you don’t recite fateha behind the imam in loud rakah then also your prayer is valid.
