Syeikh, how to do dua when sujood? , do we do it while reciting “subhanarabiyyal a’la” at the same time we thinking our wishes until enough? or we can recite our wishes in arabic after “subhanarabiyyal a’la” 3 times ? And it is same with sujood tilawah?

Quick question: why is it hard for Muslims go establish prayer? I mean I know it’s hard to wake up for Fajr at times or most of time due to sleep but then why is it hard for Muslims to establish prayers in daytime when they awake?
