Is it permissible to give qurbani after eid Uh adha…bcz my bro is in US and he will reach here tomorrow but he should be in quarantine for 1 week… After 1 week we can give qurbani or not.

ANSWER: The time of udhiya ends with the sunset of 13th of the month! He should give the money to someone who would sacrifice on his behalf on time.

Can one make dua in sujood in his own language?

ANSWER: Yes, providing you don’t know how to make it in Arabic. You can make dua in your Salah, both fard and voluntary, in sujood and in the last tashahud, before making salam and in your own language, providing you don’t know how to make that particular dua in Arabic.

Who is in more danger: The one who offers daily 5 prayers without fail but is bad in fulfilling huqooq-ul-ibad, OR The one who is good in huqooq-ul-ibad but does not pray?

ANSWER: The one who does not pray.

Sacrificing lamb after birth: If a person did not sacrifice a lamb while their child was still a baby, and their child has grown up and become a teenager/young adult etc., will it still count for them if they sacrifice the lamb while their child is at this age point? Is there a certain time frame one should stay in?

ANSWER: Yes, it still counts and you can do it now.

When I want to leave after finishing salaah, sometimes there is a person praying right behind me. Can I leave from there while he is praying?

ANSWER: Once a goat is one year old or a sheep is 6 months old, this is acceptable.

Can I delay praying Isha because of the hadith that the Prophet salla Allahu alahi wa sallam once said that he would have preferred to pray isha so late like that and the reward for observing it late is greater than when being observed at its due time

ANSWER: No problem if you are not praying with congregation. It is sunnah to delay it as long as you don’t exceed midnight.

I was told that if I wake up late for fajr like 15 or 10 left that I do the fard first (although I can do them all within 15 minutes) then the sunnah (their reason is because sun has started rising). Then after sun has risen i.e after 30 minutes then I should do the sunnah what is the correct view in this situation

ANSWER: This is not true. If you know that you have enough time to do both, you should pray the sunnah first and then the fard.
