ANSWER:

Her duty is to look after her house, husband and kids. It’s not her responsibility to chip in in the expenses so she can quit the job and be home and let her husband take care of the finances. 

QUESTION: Sheikh, If a woman earns and pays for the expenses of household, and do house chores, take care of children and her in-laws and man do nothing .doesn’t man have to do household and taking care of the children. Or it is still duty of the woman.

QUESTION: Father has agreed to daughters marriage to a boy she likes but refuses to do nikkah till he has a fulltime job.
