ANSWER:

The daughter is sinful for such communications and the father must be informed to stop her or threaten her of canceling the marriage altogether if she is not willing to comply! 

QUESTION: Father has agreed to daughters marriage to a boy she likes but refuses to do nikkah till he has a fulltime job. In the meantime daughter is talking to ‘fiance’ on WhatsApp but has strictly been stopped from ever meeting him. Mother cant stop girl from talking in message as she doesn’t listen or father from delaying nikkah. If this drags on is there sin on mum.
