ANSWER:

Only the deviant shia say such a thing. We Muslims have no problem in having our wedding on the 9th or the 10th of that month or any other month. 

QUESTION: My marriage is scheduled on 29th of July (9th of Muharram). Some say that we shouldn’t have scheduled it on 9th of Muharram as it’s not a good idea and is disliked in Islam. Is this true?
