ANSWER:

If your husband is a mommy’s boy and not a real man, you have no other alternative but to go back or to file for divorce. It is your right in Islam to have a separate house. If you are in a country that honors your rights as a wife and a mother, take him to court and file a divorce case against him and have the court force him to pay your allowance and provide for your children all their financial needs. 

QUESTION: My husband’s family didn’t let us be with him. He settled a separate setup for us near his parents but His mother threw us out of it. Now he will not keep us and not even giving money for my children expenditure if I will not go back. I want to tell you his mother had already done this 4 times before I requested my husband to move somewhere he denied. Nd said My mother is more imp. Plz guide me
