Sheikh, is it ok to read ruqyah and blow to the person who is not front of me,for example my father is ill and he is in an other country and I want to read for him and blow him, or what is the sunnah way of ruqyah for absence person?

ANSWER: No, you cannot do ruqya on a person who’s not present. He should do it himself. Sheikh, can we do ruquiya without wudu or in menstruation time ?and when we blow in water ? after reciting each surah 3 times or after reciting sura Fatiha, Last 2verse of Sura Bakara & last 3 sura?. should we recite loudly or i can read them silently?
