QUESTION: I memorised the holy quran but now due to lack of revision and mismanagement of time i forget it. Is it mandatory for me to memorise arabic quran again or i should learn and read it meaningfully?

QUESTION: I gave my word to offer quran in my native language to a non Muslim brother but if I can’t find a quran without Arabic text, can I gift him quran with both Arabic and Tamil(native language) text.
