If Someone yet didn’t memorise the tashahud (Attahiyat) or the salatutation upon the Prophet, What should they say during the tashahud?

ANSWER: He should write it down and read it while praying.

As per the ruling I know it’s said that the Iqamah for a woman ends when she stands to pray fard , here in India athan for Zuhur and Asr is delayed by hour or more so I pray it at the earliest of time and when I’m finished with fard then I get to hear the athan being called out. Question: How should a woman now is supposed to make dua b/w athan and Iqamah?

ANSWER: It’s the time between when the time for that prayer entered until she stands up for her prayer regardless of when the athan or Iqamah is given in the masjid.

Is in every fard salah when i finish my all azkaar up to the 3 quls can i add extra words like allahhuma aijrni minan naar ,la ilaha illallah, durood , astaghfirullah etc is it biddah am i sinful or please guide me.

ANSWER: You should say only the prescribed adhkar during such specific times. Adding other things would be innovation.

Sheikh, one of my family member doesn’t gives priority to Fajar salah. If we force to pray or ask to wake up for Fajar, he/she becomes angry and don’t like us forcing. How should we behave on this? Should we keep insisting/forcing or just say once and leave?

ANSWER: Once you wake them up and have advised them, you have done your duty and can move on. You can only force those whom you have control over such as your children and wife.

Why imam ahmed bin hanbal said that one who doesn’t pray witr is a bad person and his witness will not be accepted? Is there any thing backing up it? As far as i know Prophet said to a man who said i will only pray fard prayer not add or decrease any and Prophet said he is in jannah if he do so? So if prophet didn’t said such thing why imam ahmed said so..? Can you give any ayah or hadees…?

ANSWER: It was his opinion to emphasise the importance of Witr. We are not obliged to believe that especially when the Quran and Sunnah is not backing it up. Not praying Witr is not sinful as its not mandatory. You will lose a great deal of reward for skipping it but you’re not sinful.
