Sheikh, if I sit in a chair in the Masjid, you said to put the chair back and stand in line with the other worshippers but the problem is that they won’t be able to make sujood or ruku. What to do?

ANSWER: The easiest way is that when you go the position of sujood, you step one step forward while pulling the chair with you. This will leave the whole row for the one behind you to prostrate normally. Once you stand up, you push the chair backwards and stand inline.

Can we just purify our clothes where urine drop fall or shoud we wash the whole trouser or shalwar to purify the cloth? I mean if I just saw the drop while going toilet and pick that portion of cloth and wash the only affected portion with water and wear it again then does my prayer valid or not?

ANSWER: No problem in washing only the spot on which there is urine and you can pray in those clothes.

ANSWER: No. You must wash the affected areas, clothes and make new wudu after the time of that prayer comes and then you must pray and if urine comes out even while praying then you’re exempted.

If i enter the masjid and sit down and i do not pray tahiyatul masjid is there any sin on me.

ANSWER: Yes, this is sinful!

I read somewhere that you have missed the congregation if you miss the last ruku and you need to pray one full rakah behind the imam in order to be considered to have caught the congregation. So what should I do if I enter the masjid and the imam is in the last tashahhud as I have missed the congregation?

ANSWER: You must join the congregation even if the imam is about to give salam.

Sometimes we join prayer while the imam is reciting from quran loudly or in a silent rakah. Should we read sana after takbeer tahrima?

ANSWER: When an imam is reciting you should listen and reciting sana is from the sunnah and not mandatory.

Sheikh, I want to start a workshop in my masjid about praying as per sunnah. As I’m not a scholar, so I want to convince the imam & team up with him. If the initiative gets successful then will go to other masjids. I want to do it for the sake of Allah but getting whispers of shaytan about showing off. I’m confused. What should I do? Pls advise.

ANSWER: This is an excellent thing to do providing you are knowledgable of what you are preaching and not just blindly following someone without proper knowledge from the Sunnah.

Sheikh what’s the right iqamah? In some place i see Allahu Akbar 2 times and some place 4 time also with other changes. Please share the authentic iqamah.

ANSWER: This is not permissible. You must pray all your prayers on time. If you are forced to hide it, you can combine thuhur and asr together and maghreb and isha together.

In my village every people are not maintaining social distance and also not wearing mask and everyone are back to normal but while praying they were maintaining social distance and after finishing the prayer they were combined and talking without mask and social distance. what is the ruling here for praying with social distance?

ANSWER: If it’s obligated by the law that you must maintain social distance while praying then you all must follow the law and not create any fitnah for the Muslims.
