please tell me how to make dua in tahajud to make it more appropraite for acceptence and where mostly i mean in sajood or tashud.

ANSWER: You can do it in your sujood or tashahhud or even after finishing the night prayer as this is one of the times when dua is most likely to be accepted.

I didn’t remember that I offered sajda in my prayer then I add the rakah in my prayer as first one in which I didn’t remember one sajda become void. After completing my dua in last tashahud I offered sajda sahu and then offered salam. Is my salah valid or not?

ANSWER: Your prayer is valid however you should have made sujood as sahu after salam and made another set of salam after that. Sujood As Sahu (Prostrations of Forgetfulness)

ANSWER: No problem. This prohibition is only during salah.

Sheikh, usually I walk to and from the masjid in order to gain the reward for doing so, but sometimes I get offered a ride. Will I get the reward based off my intentions?

ANSWER: No. The specific reward is only when you walk to the masjid.

If I join the congregation at the 2nd or 3rd rakat after Imam says the salaam then I have to stand up and pray my missed rakats. Now my question is when should I stand up when the Imam says his first salaam or after he finishes the salaam ?

I heard you said you can pray the asr prayer in the karahat if one has to(delay it etc), what about salat’ul fajr? Can one pray it in karahat if they wake up late unintentionally?(or out of laziness?)

ANSWER: It is not permissible to delay a prayer until the time runs out due to laziness. If one oversleeps, one must pray it regardless of the time as soon as one wakes up.
