I am from turkey and here, they don’t wait for people at all after they give the adhan of maghrib, and if I am sitting in my home and I hear the adhan and go to the masjid, I will most likely catch one rakah only if I go fast or I will miss the whole prayer, so what should I do when I hear the maghrib adhan in my house? Should I go or make a jamah in my house?

ANSWER: Leave earlier before the athan is called. This is what you usually do when you have a flight! You don’t wait until the gates are closed but rather go early.

After Isha Adhaan, the time of making dua in between Adhaan and Iqamah is still there if one prays some nafls (not Isha fardh) Or my time to make dua is over as I prayed some nafls?

ANSWER: Time is still there to make dua until you stand up for your fard.

Is it permissible to wake into sleeping family members without permission if the Asr Adhan has already been given?

ANSWER: You should wake them up if the time is running out unless they specifically ask you not to.

I read its sunnah to recite part of the adhkar after salah loudly after jamaa from islamqa. For eg. subhanallah alhamdulillah allahu akbar 33 times loudly. My question is should I do it when everyone else in the masjid does not do it. They recite it silently. If I don’t do it loudly will that be riya because I am omitting sunnah because of people?

ANSWER: You should recite your adkhar silently, while moving your tongue and lips, without disturbing others.

If i overslept and missed the salah in congregation in the masjid but the time for the prayer is still there, so then can i pray alone by myself (مفرداً) in house?

ANSWER: If you know that there will be another congregation, you should go and join it. But if you know that it is too late and no second or third congregation would be conducted there, you can pray home.
