QUESTION: I know that travelling alone as a woman is not permissible. But if she has to because if work and the schedule is strict, is she allowed to combine her prayers?

ANSWER: Say it silently. You must not disturb other worshipers by raising your voice in any part of the prayer.

QUESTION: Is it a sin to pray at home when there are visitors The closest masjid is about 700meters it take 10 mins to walk there so I ask the visitor to come with me to the mosque but we refuses and says he’s going to leave or just says us to pray at home should I go to the the mosque anyway leaving him at home?

ANSWER: You must ask him to join and if he refuses, you can say you’re leaving for the masjid and escort him out of the house.

QUESTION: Someone i know saw in a masjid a little child removed the chair from behinda old man and so he fell & this person laughed at this. is this kufr

QUESTION: Can husband and wife pray together (beside each other) in a room? What’s the rulling on this?

ANSWER: If they’re praying individually, on their own, no problem, however if the husband is leading the prayer or if they’re praying in congregation then she must stand right behind him and not in the same row.

QUESTION: If I go to the masjid in the friday and pray 2 rakah sunnah and I sit. If I lose wudhu during khutbah, I go and make wudhu, do I have to pray 2 rakah sunnah again to sit?

ANSWER: It is not permissible for the followers to stand up for the 5th rakah with him. They should finish their prayers on their own.

QUESTION: I am to catch a flight soon and I’m worried about not being able to pray esha on time. Can I combine and pray esha at maghrib time? Similarly on my way to the airport there is a risk of not being able to pray asr on time, again can I pray asr at zuhr time and combine? Also upon reaching destination I will be there for 7/8 days can I combine prayers while I am there for those 7/8 days

ANSWER: 1- You must pray on time if you did not start your journey yet. If you fear that you will arrive to your destination after the isha time is over and you can’t pray properly on the airplane, and your flight is before isha time starts, you can combine isha to your maghreb.

QUESTION: If I miss some part of azan .. Shall I reply to the rest of the azan?
