ANSWER: There is no sunnah of 4 before or after Isha! The most authentic opinion is that all voluntary prayers should be prayed 2+2

QUESTION: Is it permissible to change the intention during salah from sunnah to fard? e.g. praying sunnah before duhr in 2raka’a but then remember I don’t have time so I changethe intention into fard and stand for another raka etc. ?

ANSWER: You are not obliged to obey him but you should not confront him to avoid any fights or disrespect. Try to pray without him seeing you.
