ANSWER: Seeking refuge in Allah (aauzubillah hi…) in the beginning is sufficient. You simply say bismillah before reciting fateha and other surahs in the following rak’ahs.  If you get distracted by Satan in your salah, you simply seek refuge in Allah and drily spit towards your left.

ANSWER: You can go to the masjid and pray. But if you pray home because you are a traveler, this is permissible. If you pray in the congregation, behind a local Imam, you must follow him and pray full.
