I am buying plots from my savings so that I can make either a big home from all these small plots/lands I am buying or may be I choose from any of these plots to construct house to live. For now I have 2 plots but I dont plan to sell them for now.Should I pay zakat on them?

There is no zakat on it.

After rising from rakoo in fard salah, is muqtadee also supposed to say “Sami Allah u liman hamidah ” before saying “Rabana walakal hamud “.

You are supposed to say that if you pray alone or you are the Imam. The follower only says: rabbana wa laka Alhamd.

I started praying sitting at 6 months bcz i find it difficult to do rukoo & sujood. I cudnt even sit on the floor. Somewhere few weeks ago i hv read that some prayers sitting are not accepted bcz of wrong reason. It bothers me & i dont know if I have misunderstood the permissiblity to pray whilst sitting. Im 31weeks now & not sure if i shud do it or not or these are whisphers.

Standing up for Fard prayers is a pillar for those who are able to do so! If you have difficulty bowing down and prostrating but you can stand up, you must pray standing up and you may sit when you want to bow and prostrate.

can you please advise me the best place to learn how to pray Salah correctly. As per the sunnah? I have read many books when I was younger and been told brailvi pray different from Ellah Hardee’s and most mosques in my area are brailvi run

You must not pray nafl prayer for that, but supplicate a lot to Allah and make general duaa in your sujood and before tasleem in all of your prayers.

Is it invalid (not permissible) to sleep after Fajr Salah???

It is permissible to sleep after Fajr.

I was tolled that when reading the sunnah pray such as 2 sunnah before fajr or 4 before zuhr the intention should be reading it to give the reward of the pray to the Messenger of Allah. such as the 2 rakat reward reach the messenger of Allah

This is not true and you must not do that at all. This is a clear innovation and a sin.

is zakat payable on property which is not ready and under construction and amount is being paid in instalments and zakat is calculayed on instalments Paid. I read some fatwa that we calculate zakat on all assets and deduct t the amount to be paid on flat under construction from total zakatable assets.

Set a date in the Hijri calendar where you will estimate what you have in that date and give 2.5%, including the credits you have that is most likely coming.

sheikh, there is a prayer after the Maghrib and sunnah, i’ve always known it as “salatul awwabbin”. Where you can pray either 2, 4 or 6 raqaa. Can you please help clarify this for me? And what this prayer is really called?
