I ever heard in one of your lectures that one can say the takbeer once before joining the Imaam who is already in the bowing position (rukuu’ ) , without having to say the dua after takbeer Al ihraam. does this single utterance of the takbeer apply to any position one comes to meet the Imaam in , without having to recite the dua that follows takbeer Al ihraam?

Sometimes we face situation like that the salah (prayer) has started in mosque and say it is the last rakah, a person has just arrived at that time in mosque without ablution.
