No, this is innovation.

Suppose I am praying jumma, and in d 1st rakah power cut and we r in the another floor cant hear the Imam. So I start praying zuhr on my own as the scholar said. But in the 2nd rakah power restored. Now if I follow the Imam from that time, can I intend to pray jummah or should I continue pray zuhr?

I don’t know. It seems to me that you should break your prayer and join the Imam in his second Rakah which is your first.

Is zikr in loud voice in mosques or in houses Sunnah, please clarify

It is permissible but it is better to attend it.

I recently had a baby boy Alhamdullilah, he is premature and therefore stayed in the hospital for 10 days following birth, so I missed doing the aqeeqa on day 7, does it matter now what day to perform the sacrifice? Also what is the proper way to distribute the meat?

No problem, you can do it now. It is recommended to divide it into three parts, to give for charity and to give as a gift for loved ones and to eat from it.
