I’m working in a industrial remote area which they provide transportation. As magrib tym is getting earlier now, I will be in the van when adhan will be given, towards october end If I wait until to get my stop to pray I will be missing the magrib prayer tym. What shall I do in the situation?

ANSWER: Correct. However, it’s highly recommended to pray witr as Prophet salla Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam never missed witr prayer even while he was traveling, though it is not mandatory.

My husband keeps travelling to bahrain from dammam for business purposes. Supposing he goes in mrng and he prays qasr dhuhr n asr by the time he reaches bak to Dammam its asr time , will he hav 2 pray asr again or will the qasr prayer be valid? If yes will it b same for maghrib amd isha ?

ANSWER: As long as he prayed it while he was a traveler, there is no need to pray it again even if he reaches back home before asr time.

Sometimes after reading 4sunnah of dhur I go to kitchen to complete some work and return and do 4farz and then 2sunnah. Is it permissible to do this.

Sheikh, Is it permissible to pray salat ul shukr? , like doing shukr to Allah ( SWT) for giving us hidayah and other favours ? Or it’s an innovation?

ANSWER: This is an innovation as there’s no such prayer.

Here, congregation for Asr salah starts at 5:15pm while maghrib is at 6:38pm. Should i pray Asr at the starting time 4pm as the best deed is to perform salah at starting of time or i should pray in congregation at 5:15pm with them.

ANSWER: If they’re praying within the allocated time, you should pray behind them, providing that’s the only masjid in your vicinity. If you have an ahle hadith masjid in the vicinity, you must pray there.

. I wanted to know after every fard prayers , I do dhikr then recite Allahumma Sali Wa Salim Alaa nabiyyinaa Muhammadin is this Authentic to do ?

ANSWER: Offering salutation upon the prophet salla allahu alaihi wa Sallam after reading your thikr is not from the sunnah.

Is Salah Tasbih from authentic hadith, has it been prescribed to us by the Prophet (PBUH)?

I went somewhere 15 Km Far from my residence for 6 hours. In between I prayed Zuhar 2 Rakh Qasr Am I allowed to shorten my prayer on a short journey for a few hours?

ANSWER: 15 kms is not a traveling distance and it is not permissible to shorten the prayer while you’re still in your city limits. You must repeat these prayers.
