sheikh if i join a prayer while the imam is in rukku do i get that rakah…..there are some sheikh telling me i dont get the rakah since there is a hadith of surah fatiha compulsary in every rakah

My question is, I leave for office by 10:30am and there’s no scope of offering namaaz in the office by the time I come back it’s very late. And I try to offer my namaaz as soon as I’m home but at times I’m just so tired that I only offer the esha prayer and sleep.
