Sheikh i pray witr by splitting them 2 and 1 and in last rakat after Surah Ikhlas i raise my hands saying Qunoot from phone is this ok right way ?

ANSWER: This is permissible but it is better and more authentic to perform ruku and after rising from ruku, you recite the duaa of qunoot or you read it from your mobile. This duaa is not mandatory and you can skip it.

Sheikh why must a women cover herself so much while praying? Covering her feet with socks and then wearing an outer garment. Who are we doing pardah from? We are standing infront of Allah and he knows us inside out. Then why should we cover infront of Allah? Everyone says islam is a religion of ease. If one doesnt do these things will her prayer be accepted?

ANSWER: With your logic, we can even pray nude! You don’t have to cover your feet with socks if your outer garment covers your entire feet! And this order of covering up was given to us by Allah and we as slaves have no choice but to obey and not question Allah’s commands!

Can I give my zakat to cancer hospital. Which was made by in ?? Can you please name who all are eligible for zakat?

ANSWER: This is not permissible. Zakah must be given to poor and needy in the form of cash so that they can use it as per their need.

I made a mannat (منت) to give 10k money when my dua gets accepted. I am now zakaat eligible and the zakaat I have to give this month is around 10k as well. Can I give zakaat and combine the intention of mannat too? (I am giving money before dua is manifested because when I have to give away 10k zakaat, why not to add intention of mannat too) Please guide if this is allowed it not

ANSWER: This is not permissible at all as these are two different obligations on you, you must give them separately and must not combine.

From the last two years i have been stuck in a problem. I couldn’t make a decision to choose one of the two available choices. I kept praying all the time, i also did istakhara many times but my mind was not satisfied with a single decision. Please let me know how to choose a better way?

ANSWER: This is not how istikhara works. Once you make a firm decision, you pray istikhara for it. If there is any good in it, Allah will facilitate it for you.

I was praying salat according to hanafi madhab.Here in Bangladesh 95% follow this. If i now start to pray according to Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamma’ i m fearing bad reaction in the people of masjid!.so,should i continue to pray like before? Or should i stick to pray like ahlus sunnah;not caring the comments of people

ANSWER: If they are hostile or aggressive, it is permissible for you to pray like them. The best thing is to go to a masjid of Ahlu hadeeth to pray with them.

While offering prayers is it mandatory to keep your ankles exposed?

ANSWER: It is prohibited for your trousers or garment to exceed your ankles whether in prayer or outside prayers. You can cover it with socks without any problem.

Is zakaah payable on a person that has wealth to take care of himself and family but not enough money to build a house from which he’ll earn rent?

ANSWER: The threshold (nisab) of money is the value of 595 grams of silver which is about 300$. You try and set a date and on that day, you calculate how much you have and give 2.5% in zakat. Every lunar year, you do this process on that date.

Dear Sir i would like to ask you that i was very irregular in my daily prayers, but now since a year i have started praying regularly and even fajr. But my question is that can i only pray the FARZ and omit the sunnat rakats? I know the Sunnats will give extra sawaab but if i dont pray am i liable to sin or gunaah.

ANSWER: No, you are not sinful for missing the voluntary prayers as they are not obligatory prayers.

Sheikh, Grand scholars of …….. have decided to pray in masjid but with conditions and 1 of their conditions is to leave a gap between every single person, knowing that this is not permissible. And now i have made a decision that I’ll pray in home My question is that will i get the reward of praying in jama’ah if i have 100% niyaah…!??
