My friends mother in law’s took all my friend’s zakat money without her consent and travelled to other country. Her husband also knew this but he didn’t say anything to his mother and now my friend is struggling to pay zakat as she is left with nothing

ANSWER: She must pay the zakat money to the poor and needy! Her mother in law is a thief and must be held accountable for the money she stole without her consent. She and her son are obliged to return it.

When husband and wife prays at home, Can they both pray together next to each other✌️or they have to stand in a way husband has to lead and wife has to stand EXACTLY BEHIND HIM and not next to him.?And should husband act as Imam or he can pray his prayers and wife her prayers? Pls advise sheikh.

ANSWER: If they are praying in congregation, the husband must be the imam and lead the prayer while the wife stands right behind him and not next to him.

From age of puberty up until age of 25. I did not pay zakaat as i was not practising islam. Do i make up for all them missed years? What shall i do?

ANSWER: Whoever has failed to pay zakaah for past years has to pay it, whether he omitted to do so knowingly or out of ignorance. Calculate an approximate amount to the best of your ability and pay it.

Sheikh can you clarify is the hadith about women of hell, only applies on women with high hair bun or normal low hair bun also counts in? Also can we do wudu and namaz with hair bun?

ANSWER: This hadith and prohibition is regarding having a high bun like a camel hump and going out wearing it. No problem in wearing it at home and even praying salah with it.

I lead Taraweeh to my mother and sister. My question is Can my small brother(real) join our congregation lead by me?

ANSWER: This is totally prohibited! A woman cannot lead males in prayer, even if it’s a small boy.

I pray tarawee and witr with my friend in our appartment and then sleep, so after walking up I pray tahajud and witr again is it permissible or i have to skip the witr in tarawee.

ANSWER: You must skip the witr as witr is prayed only once per night.

Do we need to say Allahu Akbar while rising for the 2nd Rakah?

ANSWER: You say AllahuAkbar before every rakah and while changing every position in salah except rising up from ruku where you say sami Allah huliman hamidah.

Brother on eid day can we make intention of doha prayer and eid prayer behind the imam or shall we pray it after because I have a habit of praying it?

ANSWER: This is not permissible. You can pray the duha prayer 10 minutes before dhuhr.

Sheikh what if we wanted to make a Dua after finishing salah should we just raise our hands and make Dua or pray a sunnah rakah and make Dua in sujoodh? Also in the last hour of Friday should we make Dua in sujoodh or should we pray two rakah and make Dua by raising hands ?
