Sheikh, my prayer abaya has wide sleeves. So whenever I pray my hand is totally covered and cannot be seen from front. But it can be seen from beneath when I do ruku because it has a wide opening. Do I have to wear an abaya which has elastic sleeves? I hope you got my question.

ANSWER: Yes, you must wear an Abaya that has long and tight sleeves near the wrists so that nothing is exposed during any movements of the prayer.

If i enter the masjid lets say during dhuhar azaan is called should pray 6 rakah 2+2 of dhuhar and 2 of while entering the masjid before setting or 4 rakah is enough.

ANSWER: Praying the sunnah suffices for tahiyatul masjid.

please tell me how to make dua in tahajud to make it more appropraite for acceptence and where mostly i mean in sajood or tashud.

ANSWER: You can do it in your sujood or tashahhud or even after finishing the night prayer as this is one of the times when dua is most likely to be accepted.

I had not given zakath from past 2 years as I wasn’t aware about it. But now when I came to know about it my husband refuses to pay saying in shafi mazhab no zakath for the gold we wear and he wants me to wait until june when he’ll return hometown and discuss with scholars. So kindly let me know is it sinful to wait until June or should I pay now without letting him know.

ANSWER: Pay it without letting him know as this is your gold, not his.

I saw a video of a man who showed a living camel the body of another dead camel who was slaughtered for Eid. I told my baba that the meat is Haram since animals shouldn’t see their own type slaughter. However I fear speaking without knowledge, and I fear Allah for saying such a statement and saying “it’s haram.” Can you clarify what the man did was haram or Makrooh?

ANSWER: You have indeed spoken without knowledge! The meat doesn’t become haram but it’s against the etiquette of slaughtering to slaughter an animal in front of other animals like this but definitely the meat is halal!

I didn’t remember that I offered sajda in my prayer then I add the rakah in my prayer as first one in which I didn’t remember one sajda become void. After completing my dua in last tashahud I offered sajda sahu and then offered salam. Is my salah valid or not?
