What is the best way or dua to get rid of sadness that haunts me even in my dreams and I’m always waking up feeling pain in my chest? this has been 3 years

ANSWER: Say a lot: La Ilaha Illa Anta Subhanaka Inni Kunto Mina Ath’alimeen.

My waswas has gotten so worse I cannot pray? In prayer my pronunciation does not come out, outside prayer it is not as bad, it takes 30+mins to pray 4rakahs, I keep repeating verses, Tashahhud etc, Im scared it will make me leave Salaah, I love my deen but waswas has made it very difficult for me, this makes me wanna cry, it has ruined me, I have no solution, pls help !

Sheikh these days i have started hating others because of my Overthinking, I don’t like to meet some people at all.I offer my prayers and also read Islamic book. Sheikh I hate those because of their selfish nature or dominating others. Sheikh I believe in marriage as it is one of the greatest Sunnah thou I have start running from it thinking that I will not get loyalty nor love.

On observation, i feel i have always been on trial by Allah. Now im so done with my difficulties i feel there is no use of making dua to Allah since he has never given any happiness in my life so far. After my Salah instead of making dua, i talk to Allah about how upset i am with Him. I know this is not right but i do my salah n read quran and never feel like making any dua. What do i do?

I’m not angry or upset with Allaah, but I’m just confused why I suffer from anxiety and depression and struggle so bad to have khushoo in salah. I do my morning and evening adhkaar, try to stay away from the haraam and do what is obligatory and do some nafil things. I know I’m not perfect but I feel like I shouldn’t be suffering from this?
