The Holy Month of Rajab has started. I have heard 2 different speakers narrate a story: (summary) in the the time of the khilafa of Umar Ibn Khattab (Ra) 2 men brought in a boy who had killed their father. In the case of blowing on water after reciting ruqya on it, this is permissible. But you should not blow on liquid or your food to cool it down, as this is what the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa salaam told us.

I would like to know if there is a Hadith where Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) prohibited that water be the first thing drunk in the morning on an empty stomach as this causes different types of illnesses. I received a message saying it is mentioned in Tabarani.
