I heard form some scholar that having goat slauthered as Sadaqa & giving its meat to poor is not allowed except for Haj / Eid al ahha and child haqiqa. Kindly guide me on this topic. Is it ok or a bidut?

ANSWER: There’s no need to argue with them. Just don’t give them any money as they’re mostly professional beggars.  Give your charity to deserving poor muslims from your family or acquaintances or our brothers and sisters in Syria, Gaza, Burma etc.
