ANSWER: A man is not permitted to wear necklaces. If this is worn for a legitimate reason as in the case of hanging ID card, this is permissible.

I am a female of 24 years.i have severe sweating issue for which reason i smell kind of worst from hair and body as well.besides i have skin issue with my hair.i dont know if it is permissible to cut hair shortly. I have heard that bracelet should not be worn by men. What about watches as they are mere fancy bracelet these days. Most of people wear them for fashion and not to check time (for which mobiles are used now).
