I’m an unmarried girl and i know i can’t meet up the beauty standards created by this fake world. Alhamdulillah im more than happy whatever allah has given me.But my Own mother constantly taunts me by saying men are attracted towards tall beautiful and fair complexion girls. It hurts me alot though she is religious person still she speaks such heart breaking words.

ANSWER: Do not pay attention to her words as Allah has created everyone beautiful. Beauty is just skin deep. Make your conduct and manners beautiful and with correct aqeedah and good religious commitment you would be the most beautiful girl.

Can we apply alcohol based perfume that has high percentage of alcohol and pray with it? Does it invalidate the wudu or prayer?

ANSWER: No problem as alcohol based perfumes are permissible to wear regardless of the percentage of alcohol. This does not invalidate the wudu nor has any impact on your prayer, no problem in using it externally. Alcohol is not impure physically.

ANSWER: It is totally prohibited to go out in public or in front of non mahram men in make up without covering your face!

I put kohl and eyeliner in my eye then removed it before making wudu.bt a trace of color/particles was left underneath my eye.Later when i again tried wiping it some color appeared on the tissue.was my wudu valid? Esp as it is the mordern day cosmetic kohls that had waterproof written on it, & i removed all trace with a bit difficulty.

ANSWER: My understanding of kohl or eyeliner is that once you wash your face, you usually close your eyes and the area is covered by your eyelid. Therefore, it doesn’t matter whether it is waterproof or not, and Allah knows best.

Are gold and silver-plated objects like pens, computer, phones haram for men. is it haram for women. I have heard that Muslims shouldn’t drink from silver or gold object. does it apply to it also?

I’m a mehandi (Henna) artist.I’ve My social media page where I upload pictures of hands with mehndi on it to show different designs to my followers as I get orders online from customers.I wanted to ask is it permissible to upload pictures of hands having Mehandi on it because almost designs are till elbow or half hand etc. And I don’t know if any male also views my profile.
