ANSWER:

This is not permissible and such a gift is sinful as he must give all others equal share while he is alive. After his death, the kid given that gift will still share inheritance with his siblings despite the invalid will. 

QUESTION: What is the ruling.. if father (alive) give great portion to one kid while others would get their share after he dies.. and gives daughter just 2/3rd from one property only? He wont listen he is wrong.. he himself is religious
