QUESTION: I wanted to know the rulings on the rights to inheritance of a paternal orphan whose father died before his parents(the orphan’s grandparents). I heard someone saying, “An orphan doesn’t inherit if his/her parents die before his/her grandparents”. Does the Islamic sharia say so?

ANSWER:

They do not inherit from the grandparents if their father had died before their grandparents’ death and one or more of the paternal uncles were alive at the time of the death of the grandfather

QUESTION: What is the ruling.. if father (alive) give great portion to one kid while others would get their share after he dies.. and gives daughter just 2/3rd from one property only? He wont listen he is wrong.. he himself is religious
