The one who give riba (the client)

The one who takes riba (the bank)

The one who registers is ( the accountant)

The 2 witnesses who witness the signing of the contract.

QUESTION: Someone works as financehead and his company keeps on borrowing money from the bank on interest, he doesn’t like it and advised the owners not to indulge. He is the financehead & require sign papers as witness/gurantier. Please advise is his income is halal
