ANSWER:

After divorce the man is not obliged at all to provide for his ex wife!

As for his children, it’s solely his responsibility to take care of all the financial needs of his children even if they don’t live with him.

QUESTION: Sheikh, what is the ruling and punishment for a man who has the means but does not provide for his wife and for a man who does not provide for his children (full/proper maintenance) in a divorced home.
