Get married if you can, otherwise fast every alternate day and always lower your gaze.

Cut all means that lead to such a sin, like cutting off the internet from all devices, stop being alone and always occupy yourself with something constructive and keep your mouth moist with the remembrance of Allah. Keep good company, surround yourself with practicing brothers all the time.

QUESTION: Sheik, I have a colleague in office and I had developed some feelings for her. Alhamdulilah I have managed to cut off all the interactions with her but I’m unable to forget her. I think about her all day and not able to focus on other stuff and prayers too. Please advice.

QUESTION: My elder sister is having a boyfriend and i knew about it. I’ve told her to leave him as it is haram but she doesn’t leave him as she want to marry him.i did everything that i could .I’ve told her to get married if u like him but the boy is unemployed .What should i do to make her understand?
