This is her father’s right! 

The marriage can’t be conducted without her consent and his.

I have seen tens of similar cases where they insisted to marry against her father’s consent which ended badly after few years and few children! 

They claim they did not see this coming!

QUESTION: I know she’s not but we both want to get married and only rejecting me because I’m from a different tribe, rejecting because of that is haram in Islam
