If he meant it and ridiculed prayer and athkar like this, this is kufr 

You must investigate what he meant by it and threaten him to file for divorce if he ever says anything like this again as you can’t stay with a non Muslim!

This might wake him up and get him out of his arrogance. 

Paradise is not his property to admit people and get them out of it as he pleases!

QUESTION: My husband said me during an argument ” dump all your prayers including tahajjud and all azkars in the trash. If you don’t hear me then you won’t enter Jannah”. Also, he had said “You will enter Jannah only if you hear me” Does these words that insults namaz etc breaks ones Iman? If not, is my Nikah valid with that person.
