If she possessed that property and the deeds were in her name, this is her’s and no one has any right in it with her. 

QUESTION: I wanted to know that what will be the ruling if husband had gifted all his property to wife in his lifetime in written with two male witnesses,but he took care of all the matters related to property be it renting or giving tax etc,( he handed over the rent money to wife and asked for the money when needed)after his death what should be the ruling of inheritance will it be wifes?

My mom is often busy with home chores and get frustrated sometimes to answer me.
