She has all the right in Islam to ask you for a separate accommodation. Your parents have no say or right in this. You must fear Allah and give your wife her rights.

If you cannot give her a separate house, you must give her a separate room, washroom and a place to cook of her own in the same house where no one would enter without her permission.
