ANSWER:

The sunnah is to keep count with your fingers. If you are certain of the number without keeping count with your fingers, this is fine. 

QUESTION: Do we need to keep a count on our fingers when we do dhikr like exact 33 times SubhanAllah or we can just do dhikr with our mouth?
